-14" Boboli Pizza Crust-1 EVOO-1 cup (or less) of Onions-1 Chicken Breast cut into strips-1 can of Black beans, rinsed-1 packet of Taco Seasonings-.5 cups of Pizza Sauce-1 Cup of Refired Beans-2 cups of Weight Watchers Mexian Blend Cheese-Any other veggies you would like!
Preheat your overn to 350
Heat EVOO in skillet. Add onions and cook until tender.
Add chicken.
Once fully cooked add taco seasonings and cook per packet insturctions.
Once finished add black beans to chicken.
Cook throughly
TAke Pizza Crust and cover with refriend beans
Layer on top of that beans pizza sauce.
Pile on the Chicken/Beans mixture and top that with the Cheese.
Cook for 20 minutes in the oven.
Garnish with light sour cream
