3 Large cucumbers pealed and sliced thin1/2 cup half and half1-4 tsp. white vinegar (depends on taste)1 tsp. table salt1T. pepper
Peel and slice three large cucumbers into medium bowl. Measure half and and half and vinegar in seperate bowl or measuring cup. Add salt and pepper to half and half mixture. Mix well and pour over cucumbers. Makes 8 servings.
