I have made my roast this way, except without the cream soup...plus lots of veggies! Great way to get picky kids to eat healthy! - 12/16/08

Super Yummy! First I rubbed the meat w/ garlic pepper. Then followed directions listed. Then I added quartered red potatoes and onions. 10-year old even ate the onions! Mmmmm!! - 11/22/08

This is how I've been cooking pot roast for years. It works very well in a cooking bag too and takes less time. I also throw in tons of veggies - onions (lots because they are delicious cooked), carrots and potatoes. Makes a great meal with everything in it. - 8/21/08

I'm not a big fan of roast, but this was amazing! Extremely tender, meat just fell apart. And the flavor was great! - 8/20/08
