Jo Jo's Black Beans

Ingredients
1/2 cup Sierra Miguel canned black beans, drained and rinsed well 2 tbsp raw chopped onion1 tbsp each of red, yellow, & green bell pepper1 clove garlic1/8 tsp low salt1/8 tsp ground black pepper1 med. red tomato sliced into chunks
Directions
Combine all ingredients into small pan, may use EVOO(nt included) to keep from sticking. Cook over low heat until warmed thourghly. I added in some ground cumin for extra spicy flaver, but this is optional. Cumin is defintly an aquired taste!

I served this over brown rice with a broiled whiting fillet! Happy Eating!
