Albondigas (Meatball soup)

Ingredients
2 lbs lean hamburger1 lb package pork sausage1 large onion3/4 c brown rice1 red tomato3 eggs2 zucchini2 potatossaltgarlic powder onion powderoregano
Directions
Mix meat, tomatillos, 1/2 of onion (diced). Add garlic and onion powder, rice and eggs. Mix well and form into meatballs. Chop zucchini, potatos and carrots and bring them to a boil in a 3/4 pot (8 quarts) of water. When boiling begins, add meatballs and allow to boil for 20 minutes. While you are waiting, saute red tomato dices and dices of the remainder 1/2 of onion with about a teaspoon of oregano. Alfter the 20 minutes, add this mixture to the 8 quart pot. Make sure water is covering the mixture at all times. Let boil for 15 more minutes and it will be finished.
