Ingredients
Yellow Summer Squash, 1 medium, dicedCarrots, raw, 1/2 cup, choppedZucchini, 1/2 cup, dicedGreen onions/scallions 3 medium Tarragon, fresh 1 tbsp approx.Olive Oil, 1 tbspPepper and salt to season
Directions
Chop and dice all vegetables. Saute in skillet with olive oil with salt and pepper. Toss with Tarragon and then serve.
