Vegetable Chicken Primavera

Boneless skinless Chicken Breasts (3)Baby Carrots (20)Frozen Broccoli Florets (10oz)Garlic, minced (2 cloves)Basil (2 tbsp fresh) (1 tbsp dried)Olive Oil (2 tbsp)Parmesian cheese, freshly grated (8 oz)Black pepper to tasteChicken Broth (1 cup)
In seperate pot boil water for pasta. Add pasta to boiling salted water after chicken is done being seared. Preheat pan for chicken and vegetables while cubing chicken. Season then sear chicken in pan sprayed with olive oil. Remove chicken from pan and replace with rest of olive oil, saute garlic, and carrots until carrots are cooked half through then add broccoli and chicken broth then return chicken to pan. Cook until broccoli is bright green and warmed through. Serve on your favorite pasta.
