1 Large Banana1 Large Orange1 cup Europe's Best 4 Field Berry Mix, frozen1/8 light soy milk (plain or vanilla is fine)
-Mix banana and orange in food processor ( this keeps it thicker than a blender).
-Mesure one cup of the frozen berries ( it is important to use them frozen, for the thickness).Mix these also in the food processor. -Mix all the fruits and 1/8 cup ( or to desired consistency. I like less milk so it is thicker).
-Enjoy!
