Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Honey, 50 grams Turmeric, ground, .25 tbsp Garlic, .25 tsp Atlantic Salmon fillets 12 oz Cooking spray
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well with fork.
2. Rub mixture evenly over fillet.
3. Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray
4. Place fillet, skin down in skillet on medium heat.
5. cook on one side for 4 minutes. flip on other side and cook for 4 more minutes. or until fish becomes flaky.
