Mexican Inspired Eggs

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 10 large * Ground beef, lean, 8 oz * Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup * Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
Directions
Chop onions and peppers and saute until tender. Add left over taco meat and heat until warm. Add eggs and cook until done. Top with Cheddar Cheese.
