2.5 shrimp boiled 1 pkg crab boil2 eggs boiledmiracle whipmayonnaiseritz crackers1/4 bell pepperpickle relishcelery (optional)green onions (optional)saltpepper
Boil shrimp in crab boil. Boil until shrimp is pink. Cool it down, pot and all. Throw away shrimp water, peel shrimp then chop them to desired size. Mix in chopped, boiled eggs, relish, 1/4 roll of crushed ritz crackers. Stir in equal parts mayo and miracle whip (about 4 tablespoons each). You can add in diced celery, green onions. salt and pepper to taste. Best after refrigerated over night. Serve on bread or crackers.
