Chinese Chicken and rice

Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces stripsCarrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 small choppedGarlic clove mincedWater 1.5 CGinger, ground, 1 TbleCabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 3 serving
1. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
2.In a large non stick skillet cook chicken, carrots, onion and garlic until chicken is no longer pink.
3. Add rice, ginger to chicken mixture, bring to boil
4. Reduce heat, add cabbage. peas and soy sauce.
Cook and stir until cabbage is crisp-tender and rice is soft. (about 20 minutes)
