Guilt-Free Frozen Banana Snack

2 small bananas (ripe)1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt1/4 cup Kashi cereal (slightly crushed)1 small chocolate bar (or a couple of chocolate chips)
Slice the ripe bananas length-wise. Chop us the chocolate bar (or chocolate chips) and sprinkle on one side of each banana. Then press sides together. Roll the banana in the yogurt (or "frost" it using a knife) and roll in the crushed cereal. Wrap the banana in a piece of waxed paper and freeze. Enjoy!
Makes two large servings.
NOTES: Sometimes I cut the bananas in half again to make four small servings. You can omit the chocolate or substitute something else such as nuts. I like Kashi cereal, but you can use another kind or even simply rolled oats.
