Ingredients
10 tbsp Peanut Butter All natural Kraft0.5 cup Tomato Paste, 10 oz Beef chuck1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup Carrots1 cup, cubes Yam 1 cup, sliced Zucchini2 cup (8 fl oz) beef broth1 cup, chopped Onions Hot peppers
Directions
Brown beef in oil. Add tomato paste and mix in with beef. Add broth, veggies and allow to simmer for 10 min. Add peanut butter, and stir until blended. Serve over rice. Add hot peppers or hot sauce to taste.

    I love mafe! I got this same recipe from a friend of mine and came across yours as well. I substituted the beef for turkey cutlets though and added spices like garlic powder, cayenne...typical for African food. It was exquisite! - 7/27/11
