Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup chopped parsley (I've used dill. maybe 1 tbsp.?)1/2 tsp. sea salt2 tbsp. lemon juice2/3 cup filtered water1/2 cup sesame butter (tahini)
Directions
Whiz garlic, parsley, salt and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Add the water and sesame butter. Run until smooth, scraping the sides down once or twice.
