Salsa

Ingredients
6-7 medium/large tomatoes7-10 chile serrano peppers4 jalapeno peppers2 red chile peppers2 yellow chile peppers1 bunch cilantro (leaves only)1 medium yellow onion1 bunch green onion1 lemon3-4 medium garlic clovessalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Dice tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Chop cilantro and garlic in food processor. Mix all ingredients in bowl as you go. Cut lemon in half; squeeze both halves into salsa removing any seeds. Salt & pepper. Adjust amount of peppers for a milder recipe.
