Quick Cabbage Rolls II

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2.5 cup, shredded
Directions
* spray bottom of 9x13 pan with non stick spray
* shred cabbage and place in bottom of pan
* brown turkey and onions, drain fat add rice and spread on top of cabbage
* heat tomatoes and soup to a boil and pour over all other ingredients
* sprinkle with cheese
* cover with foil and bake @ 350 for 2 hours
