I won first place in the healthy potluck. Not in the dessert category but overall. I beat out main dishes and complicated salads with this 3 ingredient (plus water) treat! The guys were drooling over it! Great recipe. - 2/14/09

This was very good & it's great to be able to have a whole cup....makes you feel like you're really having something. - 10/28/08

This is wonderful! It is much better when made with the lowfat varieties as indicated. I made it the first time by the recipe, and it was great. I put in parfait glasses, and thought that a garnish of mandarin oranges and mint leaves would make it perfect. TASTY! - 1/3/09

I loved this dessert, but I had one major problem: It was gone too soon! My family gobbled it up - a nice summery taste in the middle of this frigid winter weather. I'm just about to make some more. :)

I too have to agree this is just great, I've used so many different flavor combinations the my family & friends just love, Chocolate Cherry, Strawberry Cheescake flavored, I did a key lime pie but the top two so far are the original & White Chocolate Raspberry! Thanks so much for the idea! - 4/16/09

Not only simple to make, very versatile and filling -- seems to take the edge off cravings for me without too many calories. My family loved it too, so I'm going to try other variations soon. Thank you for sharing! - 10/20/08

Wonderful! Made this for the kick-off of "Biggest Loser" contest at work...packaged in 3 oz drink cups and then froze it....made several flavors....big hit..now I'm only using 1/2 cup of cold water instead of 1 cup...more intense flavor....I'm hooked! 3 oz is plenty for me! Good job! - 9/21/08

I made this today with peach jello and cheesecake pudding. I added some canned peaches that I crushed in the blender. Usually I can't taste the difference between sugar free and regular stuff or at least I don't mind it. But I can in this dish. Still it's pretty good though! - 10/19/08

I used the regular (real sugar) versions, so the calories were higher. Still quite good per calorie. :) - 1/23/09

I dont usually go for the "lite" or "diet type things" because they taste "altered". However, this one was great !!! I will try freezing it next. Its also a good pot luck desert since you can make it at work and its ready for lunch !!! - 9/24/08

I loved this. Made it with white chocolate pudding and it was yummy. My family likes it best if I don't use sugar free jello, still low in fat that way. i poured in crystal wine goblets to set, topped with a dollop of cool whip, and my family thought we were having company. - 9/24/08

Can you make this with real ingredients? I don't eat hydrogeized oil (cool whip) or stuff with so much sugar or artificial sweetners beside splenda and natural stevia.I love the originals! The idea of them gets me drooling!!! - 6/6/10

I doubled the recipe and added a can of mandarin oranges. I used the liquid from the can to make up the liquid for the cold water. I also added ice cubes to the cold water to speed up the set time for the jello. Amazing, and so low in calories. This one is a win win! - 5/14/10
