Chocolate Cake NO Sugar KK

Ingredients
3 cups self rising flour2 cups Splenda7 Tblsp Hersheys Non-sweetened powder1 cup chopped fresh apple2 Tblsp Vinegar1 can diet cola4 oz warm water2 tsp Vanilla flavoringIcing1/2 8oz bowl fat free cool whip3 tblsp Hersheys unsweetened cocoa powder3 tblsp I Cant Believe Its not Butter Lite Stick
Directions
Sift Flour, 3 cups Splenda and 7 Tblsp Cocoa together in a bowl

In a separate bowl, combine chopped apple, vinegar, vanilla , diet cola, and water--Mix well

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until blended--But DO NOT over mix

Pour into tube cake pan and Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes

Prepare topping--mix 3 Tblsp Cocoa, 3 tblsp ICBINB lite stick, and 1 cup Splenda with 1/2 bowl cool whip and microwave on high 1 minute

Mix well

microwave an additional 15 seconds if needed to melt --stir until all melted and and you have a shiny glaze

Allow cake to cool and drizzle glaze on top

    A pan like you would use to make an Angel Food cake. It makes a hole in the middle. Some are smooth like an angel food cake, some have designs, sometimes called a Fluted cake pan.
