Ingredients
1 med onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp olive oil4 carrots, large shredsalt and pepper, to taste1 package (1.25 lb) Jenni-O Ground turkey1 can tomato paste (6 oz)5 tsp splenda brown sugartwo 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes with juice1 tsp dry mustard1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire1 tbsp cider vinegar
Directions
Over medium heat, sweat onions, garlic and carrots in olive oil for 5 min. Add ground turkey and cook until no more pink. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and cook for another 5 min and let thicken. Makes eleven .5 cup servings. Serve on low calorie bread.
