Carrot, orange, dark chocolate & poppy seed muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups wholegrain flour1 tsp baking powder2 egg whites100g of apple sauce3/4 cup of skim milk2 cups of grated carrot1 tablespoon of cinnamon2 tablespoons of orange juice1 1/2 tablespoons of poppy seeds35g of dark chocolate chips
Directions
Lightly coat 12 hole muffin pans with oil spray.
Sift flour in a large bowl and mix through dry ingredients.
Stir in egg whites, apple sauce and milk. Do not overmix.
Spoon into prepared muffin pans
Cook in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
