Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
2 egg whites¾ cup sugardash of salt1 tsp vanilla¼ c flour17 ounce package of coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In medium bowl, mix together egg whites, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour and blend well. Drop by the teaspoonful onto cookie sheet about one inch apart. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet. Remove and store in tightly covered container.
