Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients
-6-8 flour tortillas, depending on size-1 lb ground beef- 1 pkg taco seasoning- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 98% fat free- 1 cup (or more if desired) Daisy Lite Sour Cream- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- brown ground beef, drain, and mix with taco seasoning per seasoning directions.
- mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together
- spread a thin layer of cream mixture on bottom of pan.
- place 1/6th of the taco meat in a tortilla along with some cheese or whatever else you want to put in it (sometimes i spread refried beans on the tortilla)
-roll the tortilla tightly and place in the pan.
- after rolled tortilla's are place in pan, spread remaining cream mixture over them and sprinkle with cheese
-bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted
- makes 6 servings
