Chicken Enchilasagna

Ingredients
5 whole wheat tortillas, torn into strips2 cups fajita style chicken strips, chopped1 1/4 cup red enchilada sauce1 cup green enchilada sauce2 cups cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine red and green enchilada sauce. Pour 1/2 cup sauce into the bottom of 8x8 pan. Add 1/3 of the tortilla strips, 1/2 of the chicken, 2/3 cup sauce, and 1/2 cup cheese layered in that order. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 450 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4-8 servings, depending on serving size.
