Spicy Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower3 large sweet potatoes1 onion1 litre of stockchilli to tastecumin seedsgarlic powder
Sautee the onions in olive oil with the cumin seeds and chilli (added to taste).
Once translucent add chopped sweet potato and roughly separated cauliflower and stock to just cover. Add garlic powder
Put the lid on the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
Transfer to a large jug and blend to desired consistency adding more water/stock if needed.
Serve with wholemeal pitta grilled with cheese (not included in calorie count)
