Guilt-Free Hamburgers

Ingredients
20 oz. Extra Lean Ground Turkey16 oz. Ground Bison or Buffalo1/4 C. Red Onion (finely diced)1 Tbsp. William-Sonoma's Hamburger Seasoning2 Tbsp. Water
Directions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and make into 8 patties. If possible, make a few hours ahead and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld together. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling or broiling and cook to desired doneness.
