Low fat Cocoa Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour1 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup cocoa1 tsp baking soda1.2 tsp salt1 cup water6 tbsp oil1 tbsp vinegar1 tsp vanilla
Directions
lightly grease 8 inch cake pan with cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 350 (180 C)
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add water. Mix. Add oil and vanilla. Beat with egg beater. Add vanilla. Stir untill smooth. Pour batter into pan and place in oven.
Bake for 30-35 min. Test with toothpick. If it comes out clean it is ready.
Note: This cake tastes great if frozen and then thawed before served.
