Banana Cream Pie Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese1/2 cup non fat milk1 banana9 ice cubes (approx)1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon splenda2 tablespoons ground flax
Directions
Put cottage cheese and milk in blender, blend until smooth. (you have to do this first or you will get cottage cheese lumps)
add banana, ice, vanilla extract, splenda, flax and blend until smooth.
The flax does stay in little grains-ish. I think of them as vanilla beans, or little bits of pie crusts. If you don't like bits, leave the flax out.
Serving size is 1 cup.
