organic unsweetened soy milk - i use west soy vanilla flavored unsweetened soy milkorganic brown riceorganic cinnamon
Directions
measure appropriate amount of rice and soy milk according to servings desired. add cinnamon to taste. for creamier pudding, add extra soy milk. cook according to rice package.

garnish with fresh, frozen or dehydrated (just blueberries, etc.) fruit and/or pumpkin seeds.
