Cals Cauliflower Bake

medium head of cauliflower (steamed for 20 mins.)1 tablespoon mayonnaise2 teaspoons mustard4 pats butter or margarine or (4 teaspoons)1/4 cup grated cheddar
Carefully remove cauliflower from steamer to plate
to drain and cool while you mix up the mayo and mustard. Place the cauliflower into a tight fitting deep dish and spread the above mixture all over the top.
Dot top with the butter or margarine and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in 350* oven for 20 minutes or until nice and brown.
