Balsamic Tomato Salad

Ingredients
4 large red ripe garden tomatoes (flavour is everything here)2 tbsp. good balsamic vinegar1 tbsp. olive oil1/2 tsp. brown sugar10-15 fresh basil leaves, chopped1/2 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp. coarse sea salt
Directions
Chop your tomatoes and put them into a bowl. Add the balsamic, olive oil, brown sugar, basil, garlic and salt. Toss. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least an hour. Enjoy! Serve 4.
