Ground Chicken, 16 oz Hamburger Helper, Chili Macaroni, 10 serving *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 cansYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Chili powder, 3 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper, 1 tbsp*Splenda, 4 tsp Beans, red kidney, 1lb bag dried beans
Cook Kidney Beans in a large pot of water with chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt, boil four hours checking often to make sure water doesn't run out. Add corn and canned tomatoes, cook another 2 hours. In another pan Brown chicken and sautee onions. Pour into bean mixture. Add Hamburger Helper Chili Macand splenda. Cook an additional 30 Minutes, stirring often. It will stick if not watched. Makes 18, 1 cup servings. Serve over lettuce with fat free sour cream.
