Portobello Mushroom Caps & Veggies

Ingredients
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil1-1/2 teaspoons garlic, peeled and minced1/2 onion, cut into strips1/2 green bell pepper, cut into strips1/8 teaspoon salt2 large portobello mushrom caps
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, onion, and green bell pepper. Season with salt. Cook about 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
2. Reduce skillet heat to low. Place mushroom caps in the skiller, cover, and cook about 5 minutes per side, until tender.
