pork loin casserole

Ingredients
16 ounces pork loin2 cups of sliced celery14 ounces of "no yolks" noodles1/2 cup chopped onion 4 Tbs water2 cans of healthy request cream of "whatever you want, we like mushroom, is good with celery or chicken too.2 cups frozen peas1/4 tsp black pepper6 Tablespoons whole grain bread crumbs
Directions
SERVING SIZE: 1 cup

Boil noodles, set aside
dice pork and saute in spray coated pan (10 min)
ADD celery, onion, and water...continue to cook for approximately 60 minutes...in casserole dish, mix meat mixture with noodles, soup, peas, and pepper.

BAKE @350 for 30 minutes
