easy rice and veggies

Ingredients
2 cups water1 cup uncooked minute brown rice1 cube vegetable boullion1 tsp canola oil8 oz frozen broccoli
Directions
Place broccoli, oil, and water in a pot; bring water to a boil. Add bouillon cube once water is boiling, and stir to dissolve. Add rice, and bring back to boiling.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until rice is cooked.
You can substitute any frozen vegetable in place of broccoli, and if you add a can of beans, you have a one-pot meal!
