Beef Brocolli

Ingredients
1lb, top-sirloin beef, chopped into bite size pieces2 cup chopped onions2 cup mushrooms2 cups brocolli2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Heat 2 tbsp of EVOO in large skillet.
2. Saute Onions until tender crisp
3. Add beef, saute until done
4. Add brocolli, cook until brocolli is a bright green
5. Add mushrooms and cook until done.

Makes 4 1 cup servings. I usually serve over or with rice

Variation: Add teriaki sauce for additional flavor
when you add the mushrooms.

    Very good! I added 2 tsp of sweet n sour sauce to the skillet- and put 1/2 C of the dish on a soft tortilla with fat free sour cream!! YUMMMMM! - 2/4/08
