Marilyns crock pot pepper steak

Ingredients
1 lb. beef round steak1 c. chopped onions1 c. sliced green peppers2 clove garlic finely chopped1 c. frozen pepper stir fry vegetables1 c. canned mushrooms1 c. beef brothSoy saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Add beef, coated with flour, beef broth, soy sauce and seasonings. Cook 3-5 hours on high or 8-10 hr. on low. Serve over brown rice.
