Indian Style Fish Curry

Ingredients
1. Pink Salmon (fish),0.5 fillet Cut into small pcs.2. Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped 3. Ginger small pcs. chopped4. Garlic, 3 cloves chopped5. Green Chillies 3 chopped 6. Garam Masala 1 tbsp7. Chilli powder 1 Chilli powder 1 tea spoon 8. Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped 9. Turmeric, ground, 1/2 tbsp 10. Salt, 1 tsp 11. Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan , when hot add ginger garlic, Onion & green chilles saute till onions turn brown
2. Add tomatoes and fry till it turn into a paste
3. add salmon cut into cubes
4. add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala red chilli powder
5.Mix well and allow to cook covered for 2 min.
garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti's or rice.

    I reduced the salt to 1/4 teaspoon. At the end I added 1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime juice this really lent a fresh flavor to the dish. - 9/19/08

    This might be a bit spicy for some folks, but we loved it...very, very, good! We had it with, of course, I side salad for dinner and I had a helping of it the next day for lucnch!

    This recipe sounds good, but the sodium count is incorrect. 1tsp of salt is around 2300mg! - 9/5/08
