I really liked this recipe. I thought 1 cup of pasta wasn't going to be enough for me (which is one serving...) so I attempted to eat two... not a good idea. Learn from my mistake and just stick with one cup. - 5/24/10

I added scallops and broccoli and old bay!!!! Very good! - 3/18/10

This was so delicious, now I can have alfredo sauce without the guilt, I never thought I would be able to eat alfredo again, I might even try it with boneless skinless chicken. Thank You FeelinFroggy1.

Yum! Yum! Yum! I didn't use fat free cream cheese, so i will have to figure out the nutritional value. I also added slices of red pepper and snow peas! - 3/6/10

This is an amazing recipie!! I would eat it everyday. I usually use thawed raw shrimp and I have made it with shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and a can of crab. It is a big hit with my family and friends!! Thanks for the recipie!!!! - 9/27/08

What a great recipe! I forgot that it was figure friendly! The store that i was in did not have fat free cream cheese, so I used 1/3 fat. I did have to tweak it a little the next day with some black pepper and a little cayenne pepper, but other than that it was awesome! - 3/30/11

This is a great Recipe. Added Broccoli to make it a one dish meal, it was very good. My husband loved it but ate two servings to my one. Oh and I added crushed red pepper for those that thought it was bland this really gave it some zest. - 7/27/12

Although this is an AWESOME meal the calorie count is a lot higher than stated. Just beware for those of you who are counting calories. (after a lot of math and double checking my calorie count is 279.1). Having said that it is very yummy! - 2/1/12

This was AMAZING!!! Thanks so much!!
Side note: The calories are off. They were entered for spaghetti and not fettucine. If you use fettucine then it is more like 151cals for just the pasta. That's more like 247cals with everything. So check your pasta before you get too excited about the low cals. - 4/14/11

Delicious! Definitely will make again! Added corn starch (allow I'm not sure it needed it), black pepper, and red pepper flake. Doubled the recipes to have leftovers for the week so we made it with a box of whole wheat linguine and a box of garden delight fettuccine. Also used frozen shrimp. - 10/16/10

We added spinach and zucchini to it. We had to add some cornstarch to thicken up the sauce and it was still a little runny for our tastes, but the flavor was good. Re-heating it, however, it came out pretty bland. But the first time we had it, it tasted like I was eating something super unhealthy :) - 9/25/10

This was super delicious. I was afraid it wouldn't be because I used generic fat free cream cheese but it was great. The only thing I didn't like was that as it cooled it got thick, hard to eat. We used 3/4 bag frozen shrimp and it could have used more. Next time I'll try like 3 cans of shrimp. - 10/25/12

So very yummy. I used about a TBSP of olive oil for the shrimp, onion and garlic. - 9/17/12

This was deliciousj! Like Cherieamber, I thought 1 serving (which is 1 cup) would not be enough and served myself two, but 1 serving was more than enough. My husband agrees. It was very filling and delicious. My children who are picky eaters also loved it. - 6/26/12

I absolutely love this recipe. It was fast and easy to make. I also added broccoli and scallops to the ingredients, along with a touch of adobo seasoning. My husband devoured it. I will definitely be making thus again. - 5/30/12

This was absolutely delicious. I figured out calories and my calories and carbs were much higher. Not sure why. But it was a wonderful dish and a great way to eat "Alfredo" without all that fat! Will have again for sure. - 1/11/12

This was delicious. Will definitely make again. In did tweak it some, just to cut down to 4 servings. I plan to make it with chicken too. - 2/2/21

    I will try with scallops - 11/21/20

Fantastic. This was a great alternative to Alfredo Sauce. I loved the flavor. - 11/2/20

This sounds really good but the nutrition information sounds off. 9 oz of shrimp divided among seven servings. That's just over one ounce of shrimp per person. And 12 oz of pasta / 7 that's pretty low. - 1/27/20
