Apple Spice Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients
Krusteaz Fat Free Apple Cinnamon Supreme Muffin Mix (Full box, split 18 ways)Squash, 1 medium (grated)Oats, 3/4 cup Lemon (zested and juiced)3/4 c diet Ginger Ale
Directions
Preheat to 400 degrees.

Mix dry mix from box with zest and juice from one lemon, ginger ale, and oats.

DO NOT ADD WATER OR APPLE PACKET.

Grate squash into mix and fold into mix.

Spoon into lightly greased muffin tins.

Follow directions on package for cooking time (12-14 mins for mini muffins and 18-20 mins for standard muffins).
