Ingredients
1 cup flour3/4 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla1 egg3 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted2 large bananas
Directions
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Mix together bananas, sugar, egg, melted butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

Fold flour mixture into wet ingredients. Line muffin tin with paper liners. Fill paper liners and bake 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins

    Apart from the fact that the recipe that I have has nutmeg in, they are the exact same and my husband loves them - it's ths same quantity as the cinnamon. By the way you forgot to add the vanilla and cinnamon to the ingredients list. - 8/17/08
