Boneless pork with lemon

Ingredients
4 boneless chopsFlour for dredgingOlive oil, 1 Tbsp1/2 c onion ,chopped1 clove garlic, minced1/4 C Chicken broth1/4 C white wineJuice of 1/2 lemon1/2 tsp Lemon rind 1/2- 1 tsp parsley
Directions
1. Dredge chops in flour seasons with salt and pepper.

2. Brown in skillet with oil, then set aside.

3. Saute' onion then add garlic.

4. return meat to skillet and add all remainder ingredients except for lemon rind.

4. Simmer for 1 hour ( adding additional broth and wine as needed to maintain some sauce in skillet)

5. Stir in ring, serve with rice or noodles.

Note: you can also use veal or lamb shanks in this recipe.
