Super-Easy Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 package broccoli slaw3 green onions, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)Red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
In large skillet, brown meat, drain and remove from pan. Heat oil, add garlic and stir over high heat for 30 seconds. Add the onions and slaw and stir for 3-4 minutes, or until broccoli is desired tenderness. Add meat and red pepper flakes, stir, and heat through. Flavor with soy sauce, if desired. Great alone, if watching carbs, or served over rice.
