German Pfanne Kuchen

Ingredients
1/2 cup Egg Beaters 3 Tsp. Splenda 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour1/2 cup Nonfat Milk100 gram Blueberry's1 Tbsp. Canola oil
Directions
Beat eggs until smooth add Splenda and self rising flour. Mix will until there are no lumps. Add milk until you reached a texture that is heavy cream like. In a small skillet heat a ¼ of the oil. Place ¼ of the Blueberry's in the hot oil and poor a ¼ of the mixture on the apples. Place a lid on the skillet and let sit on low for about 3 to 4 min. Flip the pfanne Kuchen and let it brown for about 1 min. Sprinkle Cinnamon over it or poor a little Sugar free syrup on it. It is delicious.
