2 185 gram cans of tuna in water, drained2 hard boiled eggs chopped.25 cup parsley chopped1 tablespoon olive oil.5 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 cup red pepper chopped1 cup carrots choppedJuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Serve cold with crackers or over lettuce
