Easy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey4 oz tomato sauce1 tbsp egg substitute1/4 cup dry quick oats1/3 cup mashed potato flakesSpices to flavor topping: 1 tbsp ketchup 1.5 tbsp A1 steak sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line an 11x9" baking pan with aluminum foil.

Mix together turkey meat, tomato sauce, egg substitute, quick oats, mashed potato flakes, and desired spices. Form a loaf in the pan.

Mix together A1 and ketchup. Top the loaf with mixture.

Bake at 425 for 50 minutes or until meatloaf is done.
