Crunchy tuna salad

Ingredients
3 cans of tuna6 stalks of celeryhalf an onionrelish - about 1/5 TBSpBrown mustard - I use gulden's - about 1.5 TBSPMayo - 1 TBSP - if that.
Directions
chop up the celery and onions into crunchy bits. Add relish must and mayo and mix up. Then using your fingers piece in the tuna (after pressing all the water out of the can of course) then mix it up with a spoon.

Separate out into 1 cup or .5 cup servings for the week - and voila you've got lunch!
