Ingredients
1/2 c oats3 egg whites1 large egg2 tbsp peanut butterCinnamon and Nutmeg to taste
Directions
Soften 1/2 c oats with hot water (just enough to soften up the oats) add egg whites, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg, mix together and cook in omlet pan or skillet. Top with peanut butter and enjoy!!

    I enjoyed this, it is nice to find a healthy not just low-cal recipe that is quick. My friend c/o needing to be a bit more sweet. I drizzled a very small amount of honey over the pb but maybe honey mixed in would be helpful. I probably didn't add enough cinn/meg. Be aware serving size is 2 - 9/15/08

    Im glad you enjoyed this! I actually had it this am but used 2 egg beaters and it was still too much to eat!!
