Ingredients
2 large Eggs1/3 c whole oats2/3 c nonfat dry milk2/3 c skim milk1 med. Banana1/4 Frozen Raspberries1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries* add ice for chill or to thin it out to desired thickness
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and press blend button. Pour in a cup and enjoy!

    I think it tastes great, and for what it's used for, works great. I need to lose vs building, so it's not the best for me personally, but would be great for someone focusing on building muscle.
