Broccoli and cheese soup

Ingredients
10 oz. package frozen broccoli1 cup prepared non-fat dry milk (1/4 cup powder +7oz water)1 can fat free chicken broth1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheeseonion salt to tastesalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Cook broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes. Blend broccoli, milk, and broth in blender until well blended. Pour mixture in sauce pan and heat to warm. Add onion salt, salt, and pepper. Just before serving, add cheese.
